At Arsh Infotech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Please Make an video when opening the packaging of shipment, if no video get from you then no returns will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain items (like software, digital products, or customized items) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at help@arshinfotech.in.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.
