Returns & Refund policy

At Arsh Infotech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Please Make an video when opening the packaging of shipment, if no video get from you then no returns will be accepted.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items (like software, digital products, or customized items) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at help@arshinfotech.in.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.
